I dropped my car off at 8 am for a simple oil change and check and was told it would be 2 hours or so. I started calling at 11:30, left messages and didn’t hear an update that it was ready until after 2:00. That left me without a car for most of the day. A tune up at another garage like this with no extra work would have been much shorter and easier.

Called for some tire information before my services ce. Was passed to different people at Mazda without getting the information I wanted. Spent 20-30 minutes on the telephone with no luck. I almost went down to Mazda to ask face to face. Left messages with hector without a return call. When meeting, he said his voicemail system was defunct.

Customer for 30+ Years Not inexpensive but reliable work I have an EOS 2007 a car I really love - too bad VW stopped producing it - deprecated the value of this very expensive ???? Frank Lee is a great part of Royal Motors

Everything important was taken care of, but you used to wash our car after it’s been there 3-4 days, during our drought yrs. & you meeting the City's requirements for your new operation, I just thought my car would not look dirty. But, Ashley was great at taking care of me. She’s a new plus to your business since I no longer have Patti.
