Frank was nice but the service was poor. At Sunnyvale they used to rotate my tires and wash my car with every service. Here you guys did NOTHING! I will make sure to let people know next time they are considering servicing their vehicles at your location.

Ashley was very helpful and welcoming when I arrived to get an oil change. She check my vehicle in and I was on my way. She also kept me apprised on the status. The only issue I had was waiting on the street for a while behind several vehicles waiting to enter the service garage. Once in, all went well.

Overall, the service staff was really helpful and responsive. Even when the car stayed an extra day, they called me and informed me about it.
I was a bit disappointed by the fact that the car was not cleaned. I was told upfront that the dealership is in transition from hand wash to machine wash. I still think that should not be the reason for not washing cars when they are coming for servicing.
