I brought my car in for routine service which was fine but I asked to have an estimate done for a new front bumper to be put on my car. My car was in the shop for over 2 days and I never got that estimate. Also I was frustrated to learn that your shop cannot do detailing work because you don’t have a car was with recycling water capability. It’s always nice to get your car back to you looking better than when you brought it in. Hope you get this mandated system soon

Hector is a true professional who went above and beyond what is expected/has been experienced with service reps in the past. Hector contacted me with updates on the repair, acknowledged and apologized for the fact I was given a loaner vehicle in a lower category than my own car, and even advised me to contact him directly in the future should I ever experience any other issues with my 2019 Mazda3. Hector can make casual/earnest conversation with a customer to put them at ease and relate to them, and is not just someone in a collared shirt there to make a dollar. It is in my humble opinion that Hector receive some sort of commendation for his exceptional customer service, and I hope to work with Hector, or someone of his caliber, the next time I visit RAG.

My vehicle was returned dirty, before visiting it was impossible to get ahold of the agents. I tried both their numbers, left voice mails and never got a call back.
Lack of visibility on timing - when is the vehicle going to be ready? I had to call and email to ask if I could go and pick up the vehicle.
Craig assisted me with a previous visit. Craig is courteous, professional and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle.
