I wish I did not have to call 6-8 times to ensure my car was charged up. Also wish car wash was operable, and wish i got a vacuuming of my car.

I would have like a wrap up conversation to say what service was performed and why. I had notes passed to me on a sheet of paper and am not sure what was performed or needs to be done on my end. I was expecting a conversation to tell me about the service.

I returned the the car for a refund , afterome day ,noticing a noise coming from the front . The service dept. diagnosis was to replace the transmission. Mazda authorized a remanufactured one .Who ever did the inspection missed it, this was a CPO car plus I bought a 6 year warranty . Now I have look for another car . Hector , Luis were very good with communication, customer service . I’m waiting for my refund so I can buy a car . I asked Paris to look for a car ,I’m renting one now RICHARD S
