When I brought my car in to test the battery I asked that my car be serviced by a specific time. Sure enough my Volvo was ready before the scheduled time. Thank you for listening and for following through on my request.
We ordered a new key fob when we took our vehicle in to be serviced. We were called and notified that the key was ready, but when we went to go pick up our vehicle, there was a lot of confusion and they didn't have the key. We went back in to pick up the fob, but then were told we would need to make an additional appointment to have it reprogrammed. When we went to that appointment, the wait time was over an hour. All in all, it took about a month to get a working key and there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between staff members and in their communication with us. In the future, I would try to find an alternate location as this is one of multiple problems we've had with Royal Auto.

Truly amazing service. My window motor failed just as I was leaving SF to drive to LA. I was moving and everything was packed in the moving van and I had left my keys with the landlord.
It was 2p and I was doubtful I would get any service at this time of day.
I drove to Audi service and met Chris Sung. I quickly diagnosed the problem and told me there is a recall on the part and asked if I could come back then next day. I explained my situation — that I was moving and had to be at work the next day. He was empathetic and said he would check and see what could be done. He came back to me a few minutes later with good news - that the car could be serviced that day. All in all a great customer service experience - great listening, empathy and clear communication.
First time here, overall very satisfied. One comment is it will be great if the car is return washed after a service.

Chris was prompt in his communications, replying quickly on the status of my car. I was also provided a loaner, which was greatly appreciatiated.

Hector forgot to adjust bill like he said he would but thankully guy working on saturday did! Wish I could remember his name- he was great.
Chris was very accommodating and his turnaround time was lightening quick. Having my car serviced by Chris in the past, I actually requested my appointment with him this time around and will do so for my next service appointment.
