I was out of town when my car quit on my friends using it. After they dropped it off for me, Hector followed up with m quickly and was very communicative, setting expectations about timing, next steps, and costs. He made sure to walk me through the details and reassure me everything was being taken care of, so I had complete confidence even though I wasn’t there to personally deal with it.

I arrived without an appt because my right rear window wouldn’t stay up. The child safety mechanism kept lowering the window. He was booked but I
left the car hoping hoping for a way to be worked in. And it happened. The car was fixed and I picked it up at 4:30. I am a very happy customer.

Very fast and nice service
Greeted promptly, knew who I was and why I was there, car ready as promised. Both she and Jim are top drawer. We don’t take our Volvos for service anywhere but local, with people we trust. Other than our 2016 V60 we also have an older C30 we take to a nearby indie shop we’ve patronized for years. Given tentative plans for the end of the V60’s lease, I’ll be returning to Royal for Volvo service for the foreseeable future.
