Service was good. Craig was great! Suggestions: Please tell you folks NOT to adjust the seat height, tilt or lumbar settings and steering wheel position in someone's car. I fully understand seat forward/back and mirror settings for safety purposes but the other things are very driver specific and take a long time for the owner to get just right. I am still working on getting back to my preferred setting since I do not have a fancy pants car that resets with a button and I have to manually maneuver everything. Very much appreciated the cab reimbursement. Thank you! Do wonder when I should schedule my next maintenance appointment. Please advise. You might consider adding that information to the invoice/work order.

Service on the car and from my service advisor was excellent and I love that you offer a loaner or offer $20 reimbursement for ride share. BUT I do not like to get my car back dirtier than the way I left it (already dirty) but from mechanics in my chair etc.
