Chris was most helpful. He informed me of a new service contract as my previous one has ended. I have owned my Q5 for 6 years now but only have less than 25,000 miles on it. I had a service contract when I bought my car. So I was nervous about taking my car back for additional services, as I was concerned that I would be over charged for it based on my previous experience with another dealer. At any rate, Chris was friendly, easy to work with and I feel that I can trust him. Definitely come back for more services for my car. I am a fan now!
