I’m still waiting on hearing back from anyone on my Lyft car reimbursement. Also, when I called to schedule my 10,000 mile service and said I planned to wait for my car after dropping it off at 9:30am, I was told that would be fine and that my car would be ready in a couple of hours. However, when I arrived, I was told that my car wouldn’t be ready until around 4pm. As it turns out, however, my car was indeed ready in a couple of hours; had I known that, I wouldn’t have taken a Lyft car home (and then back) and would have instead waited for my car.
My service guy was great! No problems there.
With the online booking you can make choices that are not possible...like car washing and cleaning. Please fix the website so you don't mislead customers about what services can be performed.
Wow! Dan and Hector took amazing care of us...and our car. We had an interesting experience at another dealership and when we came "home" to Royal, we received the royal treatment. I'm not sure most would say that a visit to their repair shop could brighten one's day, but visiting with them definitely brightened mine! Thank you for having such stellar service!

Frank was friendly, the drop off and pick up process was very quick, and after I asked frank about an extended maintenance package earlier that day, he had something emailed me during the day providing my options. All in all, a great experience.

Service adviser was very helpful. Sadly the repair was not complete when my car was returned to me. Service adviser re-loaned me the loaner car and took my car back. It’s not his fault and he was great. However it’s odd that the repair work performed did not correct the problem.
