I have always been happy with the services provided to To me by mr. lee since mid 1990’ to the present. He is honest, polite, knowledgeable ,& reliable . Any time my car is in for whatever reason , he will Communicate to me if and when a mechanical Unforeseen situation arises in a timely manner. I appreciate him greatly. I am certain that he is An asset to your group/company. Thank you!

Craig and his team are great but I do have some constructive feedback. I would encourage all the personnel at Volkswagen to practice active listening. This is the 2nd time bringing the car in for the same issue. We were very clear in the description the first time, the car pulls dramatically to the right on the highway. It is noticeable on surface street but less so because of stop and go traffic. Your mechanic could not replicate the problem the first time. I understand this happens. But the problem is very noticeable especially on a new car so we brought it in the second time. Even then I felt there was skepticism in diagnosing the problem. If the mechanic just hopped into the driver seat I felt confident he would detect the issue but instead, I drove while he cited other possible factors like road crown, parking on a hill that could have cause tire unevenness, etc. After he finally got behind the wheels, he detected the issue within seconds at 40 mph. It leads me to believe that a proper test drive was not conducted the first time. Also, the proposed resolution of swapping the tires around which was mentioned on the first visit should have been executed as a precaution. It would have saved us both time and effort. This was finally done on the second visit. We are still carefully assessing if that action alone has resolved the issue in its entirety. We will keep the team posted. I do hope that we can be better partners in our problem solving going forward. Thank you for your attention.

Car not ready when requested. When it came out, a piece of rubber was hanging down from the front bumper. It took an additional 45 minutes to fix that. Then, the phone connection did not work, although it was working fine when I brought the car in. None of this was Chris’s fault, but something obviously went wrong in the service bay. Very disappointing.

While Klever was friendly and efficient I was a bit disappointed with the employees. No one greeted me or acknowledged me while my car was getting checked in. And no car wash. I usually go to Concord and will now continue to do so just because of how incredibly friendly and prompt everyone is there.
