After many years you still don't wash the car. And waiting 15 minutes for the car in the middle of the day when no one else is there is not good.
Dan was awesome -- personable, knowledgable, helpful, thoughtful. The only thing that went wrong was that the car took a lot longer to bring to the front than I was expecting. I ended up waiting for probably 10 more minutes than was forecasted. And when it was brought around, small things like the seat placement were off.

I really like the new action plan and reviewing it with Hector, so I could anticipate work that needs to be done in the future. Surprises at the mechanic are always hard to stomach and feel like I’m being ripped off. However now when I’m told in 12-18 months that I need new rear brakes, I will be expecting it. Thank you!

I was told the replacement tires to be put on were an improvement and successor to my Pirelli P Zero tires, but in fact the Pirelli Cinturato P7 tires are a touring class tire and not a high performance tire. I have asked that the proper tires (Pirelli P Zero All Season Plus) be put on free of charge given the mistake made.
