Got in early but Jim was there to greet and talk to me about any issues I had in addition to the scheduled regular maintenance on my car. My car was ready in a couple of hours as promised. As usual, my experience at Royal was excellent. Jim as always provided exceptional customer service. He makes my visit with a very familiar Service Advisor very enjoyable. Thank you Jim!

I appreciate everything the service staff did to solve my issue. They were very attentive. My issue, however, is not with the staff but with the lack of ability to contact anyone at Royal Motors. I called multiple times to find out the status of my repair. I tried multiple phones, including some outside the service staff. Not one person answered a phone or called me back. The management really should do something to rectify this situation.
