It would be nice if you cleaned the car after I spent $2k in service.
The lady on the phone either lied or totally incompetent how much they charge. She said it will be free because I own this car for less than 4 months. She's even put me on hold 3 times to double check that information. And guess what? When after 2 weeks of waiting I get there to get my car checked the guy at the front desk says It'll be $150. The only reason I chose this shop is because I thought the visual inspection will be free. Good job guys.

Frank is great - I messed up the online scheduling and came in a day early, and needing the car back that night. He got me in and even consulted with me on extra things that were needed which we added on and I still got the car back the same day. Great communication - A+ service from Frank.

This is my second time for my leased Jetta’s annual service. I was pleased with my service especially the communication when I made the appointment and then at drop off and pick up. I was alerted when my car was ready and was able to pick it up early. That went smoothly and quickly which was nice since I had to drive over bridge and beat the Friday afterwork traffic.

As I decided to wait for my car, Johnny insured I was comfortable and kept me informed as to the time of service completion. The time passed quickly and I was pleased with his attention to customer service.
Adam was great. He was very helpful in dealing with my insurance company who did not make things easy. He provided regular updates during the repairs.
