Johnny was terrific. My experience prior to him was really poor. I’m a longtime Royal Auto customer. It has been incredibly frustrating to replace a tire and rim—took a week. The rim was ordered and after a few days, arrived. I then tried to schedule an appointment simply to have the new tire and rim put on. After several frustrating calls, I reached Dan, the service manager. He informed me—and not very pleasantly—that yes, I could schedule a time to bring my car in, but Royal Auto was “too busy” to tell me how king the work would take, could be several hours. After much unpleasantness, he allowed as how Audi could do the work in an hour or so and I could wait. Getting to that point nearly convinced me that Audi no longer cared about customer service. Happily, Johnny was put in charge and everything proceeded very smoothly from there.

The process was very rushed. I had a number of questions in the beginning and the end about what was being done to my car for servicing, and the attendant I spoke to talked quickly through everything and did not explain everything fully. I also asked to wait and use the wifi while the car was being service and asked where to go, and he said "go to the front" and I had no idea what that meant, and ended up in the wrong area of the building.

Dan Spingola and his team with Matt Davis provided a great experience as a customer in what is typically a stressful experience. We are happy customers and would likely shop here again if we look for another mazda knowing we can come to a reasonable deal.
