Jim Yard is, simply stated, the best!
Great customer service. Everything was explained completely and the work was done on time.
Frank continues to be friendly and helpful. He gets me processed quickly when I arrive and calls as soon as the car is ready. I wish the repair was less expensive ($500 parts cost for replacement windshield, $750 for labor to install and calibrate sensors!!!), but I don't think he has control over this.
Consistent great service from Jim!
Very professional and helpful.
Hello, I am a long time VW owner. Two of my VW's were diesel and were bought back by VW, none the less I remained loyal VW customer and purchased a new Touareg in 2016 after the buyback. I also purchased additional warranty coverage at the time I purchased my Touareg. 5Yr/100,000 mile. Along with our 2016 Touareg we also own a 2014 EOS today.
That said, my ACC cruise control developed a fault and I brought my Touareg in for service.
First go round, I had to pay approximately $285 upfront for diagnostic inspection. I paid the charge. Next, I returned to pick up my car and the service manager informed me the cruise control components were defective and would need to be replaced. The sensor could not be aliened and therefore would need to be replaced and were not under warranty due to being damaged. I would also need to pay for the parts up front before repairs could be done. ($2000 for the parts and $800 for labor + the $531 already paid for diagnostic inspection)
I left the dealership without ordering the parts and returned home to find the inspection window was missing in the right front wheel well. I had to return to the dealership the next morning to have the item installed. Once back at the dealership the service manager and I looked at the ACC sensor on the right front side of the bumper to find that the sensor was loose. There were no signs of any physical damage to the sensor, none, zip, nada. ( the service manager first suggested that the sensor was hit and damaged) It was not.
Next, the service manager invited me to bring my car back to the dealership and leave it with him for a day so his mechanic could reevaluate the situation. I brought my car back and left it for service. Upon returning to the dealership to pick up my car the service manager explained that the right front sensor was reattached and tightened up to VW specs and no parts needed to be replaced. There were no charges for the repair other than the initial $531 I had already paid. I asked why this repair was not under warranty and he said because no parts were replaced.
This experience was not the best.

Clear diagnosis. No charges. Paid for Lyft!
I only call Chris when I have an issue with my car. He takes good care of me!! Honestly I would not still be getting my car serviced at the dealership we’re it not for Chris!
Johnny is always very helpful!
Nice work. Thanks for the extra effort on the homelink
Dan was awesome. He’s very easy to talk to and had me feeling that I left my car in good hands. Thanks!
Aldo was great. I hope the pricing for the service was competitive (a comment about VW, not Aldo).
Johnny answered all my questions.
Going the extra mile. Christopher is great.
Car promised by 3:30 upon drop off. I received a text at 2:30 concerning "something definitely going on with the transmission". I don't hear anything back and ask for status at 4:40 - Then I get an apology call - service people misdiagnosed the problem, forgetting about the Audi CVT in my model car. This caused me to miss a longstanding important client meeting.
Chris once again was welcoming , problem solving and for me on my way very quickly! Absolutely assured that I will be taken care of each and every time!
Friendly, clear and professional.
Super professional, quick and friendly. Great experience, thank you!
Craig Foley is the best VW representative I have ever had the good luck to work with. He's great!
