Adam was super helpful. My appointment was a follow up set up by Chris. Chris was out that day and Adam was quick to pick it up and complete the service on my car. I appreciate that he sent a text rather than a voicemail when my car was ready.

Received email informing me that my vehicle was due for service. Great! So I scheduled an appointment and the system prompted me to choose the type of service. So I did. When I arrived to drop off car. They asked me why I was there and what service did I want. I found this surprising because I thought I had already chosen everything through the system. It was explained to me that it’s a 3rd party system and that’s why the break in communications. I found it frustrating to have tech that is meant to help. But only made things take longer. But when I was offered a way to pay online before my pick up; and did. It was amazing that my first 10 minutes of pick up was the service man printing out my bill and ringing me up. He said he wasn’t notified by the system that I already paid. So again, tech that is supposed to help make a smooth transition, made it worse. Either bad training or a failed communication system. Customer for 6 years. It’s never been bad until today.

Hi, I was very disappointed with overall service of my 2014 Audi A8 L TDI. Finally Dan Merryman helped with the problems. I still did not get back the promised $54 refund for the rental car. I was not happy especially with Adam Myers’s attitudes and undelivered promises (calls back and keeping me informed). I feel I was not treated by him as valued customer. May be my expectation set by other Audi dealer much higher. Best regards, Victor K

Over the years of bringing out car in each time I have received it back there is grease and debris in the driver side and passenger side. It would be nice to not have to clean up the interior of my car after your techs.

Both Ashley & Jim are Excellent in customer service. The updates & feedback on the progress of my car REALLY instill a lot of confidence & trust in the work. They make a Great Team & could both sell Volvos like nobody's business. So glad they are there.
