Your dealership ran the pre-purchase inspection of my vehicle and showed no empathy when a little over 2 months after purchase he told me the turbo was going out and the motor mounts were also on way out. I get that it’s bad luck but a little empathy goes a long way. To add insult to the situation he was very difficult to work with in getting an itemized quote after I paid for the diagnostic.

Crazy y’all don’t wash the car. I know you stopped for the drought but never seemed to pick back up. Even our Chevy Bolt gets a wash during service!!!

Chris was extremely helpful in making sure we had our smog check before the service. He arranged for our car to be smog checked in a nearby facility then had the car brought back to have our service done. Very easy for me and I really appreciated it.
