Just a routine maintenance appt, but everything was very smooth and Craig answered my questions easily. Car was finished even sooner than Craig had estimated. A positive experience overall. Ps: I appreciate the up-to $20 reimbursement for travel costs - very helpful!

frank is great, but i waited close to an hour to pick up my car after i was told it would be only 7-8 minutes. so instead of leaving at 330pm on a fri afternoon and beating bay bridge traffic, i waited an hour in the vw lounge for an hour and sat in traffic for another 90 minutes after that. while this was happening, i vaguely recalled a similar instance a couple years ago that had me visiting other vw service centers instead, rather than the royal motors location.
