I dropped my car off for a 10:45am appointment and was told it would be ready by 3 pm. When I came back at 3:15pm they told me my car had not been serviced. I believe they forgot about servicing the car. I took a day off of work to get this done. Now I’ll have to take another day off since my car is still not serviced. I could not have been more disappointed in the service I received, since I did not actually receive any service.

Ashley was very efficient and Jim Yared was very helpful also. Hope that you all only recommend what is necessary, unlike another Volvo dealer which recommended many things which didn't need to be done.
