The oil service indicator was not reset. The tire pressure monitor system was not reset. TPMS alerted me while I was driving that there was a pressure lose and to inspect the tires. I inspected the tires and the pressure on all four tires were the same. This meant that the tire pressure was changed during servicing, but the TPMS was not reset after servicing the tires. I reset both the tire system and oil service indicator. However, my service advisor did a good job.

Chris was amazing. Made my experience so simple, and offered to go above and beyond when I asked about my lease and how moving to a different coty would affect it. He offered to personally handle everything with cancelling Audi care when the time comes at the end of my lease so i would get any remaining money back.

Very professional and service was done in a timely manner. I had a little hiccup with the drop off but it was my fault for not realizing the time for street cleaning. I will be back for my next service in a few weeks.

My trunk doesn’t stay fully opened anymore when I’m parked uphill on an incline. I did not use to have this problem. I told Johnny about it and they checked a couple items and said those things looked fine. Johnny claimed another car does that as well, which doesn’t make it normal and then he also asked how steep the hill was, which is really shouldn’t matter. Fact is I know i’s not normal and my car is still relatively new. I want someone to diagnose the problem and fix it so I don’t have to hold the trunk open when parked on an incline at my brothers place. To imply that it’s normal and tell me everything is fine is ridiculous because it obviously isn’t normal if it was not an issue before. Plus, to check a couple items and not diagnose the actual problem is lazy. They checked the trunk hinge and counter balance springs to be fine. But what about the gas struts? I’m told they should have checked that too because that’s what it likely is and it shouldn’t be failing. Especially on a 2017 Audi. I’d like someone to please fix this problem and not blow me off. Thanks

As a customer, I greatly value the following positive attributes re the service that I received from Chris. Chris was professional, attentive and also, was responsive to my questions; he followed up on the one concern I had re my vehicle (a squeak); he communicated clearly re the process and timing for the service of my vehicle (and notified me via text when it was ready for pick up); at pick up, without prompting, he asked me for my taxi receipts, so that he could reimburse me for the cost (up to $20, as he had clearly explained when I dropped off the car); the service was prompt and punctual; and he was quick to reply to my text messages re follow-up questions. Overall, I was impressed with my first-time experience at Royal Auto Group of San Francisco. After over a decade of loyalty to Audi Burlingame, I chose to try out RAGSF, due to a recent poor service experience at Audi Burlingame. I am glad I made this decision.
