If you are not able to provide a car wash for your serviced vehicles, to be competitive with other high end dealers, You might offer a certificate for a wash at the facility on South Van Ness.

Craig Foley was great. Friendly service, this is not feedback on him. I was in to your shop for the first time last year for annual service, everything was fine but some of my tire valve caps were missing afterward (tires rotated as part of the service). Didn’t think it was a big deal, they’re cheap and easy to replace it was less hassle to get them myself. This year I just had an oil and lube service with standard inspection. I picked my car up and got home only to realize the oil change and inspection due indicators weren’t properly reset. Again, not a big deal I was able to figure out how to go in and reset it manually on my own but it’s the little things like this, the small details that doesn’t build trust. How do I trust an inspection when the simple inspection or oil change indicators aren’t reset as part of that service? Anyway, like I say Craig was great I just chalk this up to the mechanics being busy with full workload and these are just minor oversights.

Hello, the service hasn't done with my car Mazda 6. I can't answer you the satisfaction question yet because I'm not yet satisfied with your service. I don't know why you send me this message? I have called you twice after my Mazda during the service and no one call me back. I told you contact me instead my son about the service but you talked to my son instead of me. My son told me you have found problem but you have not fixed yet. What do you think the satisfaction I will have that you expecting from me? Please contact me to discuss how and when to fix the problems that you have found in my car. We all know it’s danger when the car back on the road could cost life threat.

Went in for routine service and was quoted a price in the morning. When I picked up my car, the person checking me out never said any work was done on my car, everything "looked good." I went home and looked at the invoice in more detail only to see a charge higher than what was quoted. I called to inquire about what happened. Turned out they charged me for parts and work that never happened. Will get a refund check but disappointing experience overall.
