service as usual was quite good; but after 20 years I miss Patty. I am sure the new service advisor will work well as she gains experience; but I still miss Patty. What I cannot understand is how she went to work with Audi.

Sandi in the parts department is VERY helpful.She focused on my needs and walked my thru departments to be sure that I was going exactly where I needed to go. Chris Sung in service was also helpful and followed thru with update texts.

Dwight was great, but the lack of service technicians that caused a delay in my vehicle being serviced was inconvenient. Having a loaner vehicle available would’ve made a huge difference.
