Jim is great. Communication is excellent and he is always pleasant and knowledgeable about the cars. I own multiple cars that get serviced at Royal Motors and Jim is by far the best of all the service advisors that you have. A real asset to the company.

Super fast and effienct check in and out process. Johnny went to extra mile and took care of some surface, cosmetic marking on my car. He knew what to do and handled it himself.
