I was 100% satisfied with my first service experience with Royal Automotive Mazda. Dan was great from start to finish. He was professional, personable & a overall joy to deal with. Being my first service & experience with Royal Automotive Mazda, if/when I am in the market to purchase another vechicle, I would definitely buy from Royal Automotive again. Keep up the good work!

Jim was absolutely phenomenal! He helped streamline repair of my air conditioner by ordering the parts ASAP and working to get the repair done half a day early so my car would be ready for the weekend of my wedding. Exceptional service and professionalism!
