Mr Foley is a great helper with helping me for three hours from 0700-1000am while I was staying there and provided great customer service. Although when I did come home, my engine light came on. Can I make an appointment to get it checked out?

I was pretty underwhelmed with my service experience at Audi SF. I brought my car in for a recall and on the recall letter it said this service would take 1 hour to complete, and when I called to schedule an appointment I was told that the car would take probably about 4 hours. I dropped my car off at 9:45am and it was not completed until 5:45pm and at that time was told “oh we also close at 6pm
So the car needs to be picked up prior to that”. There was no apology or explanation as to why the car took so long and I just found that to be so rude.
Frank was on top of everything and communicated exactly what needed to get done in a very timely manner. Very professional job by Frank.

I should have followed my instincts and
not moved forward on the purchase. Sadly,
the distrust of car sales persons’ has returned
And I very seriously doubt I will ever purchase
