Cannot afford to pay the extreme premium for work work at this location. Price quoted on the phone was less than half the in-person quoted price for a very predictable service. Did not give a summary of specific work to be done as part of service interval work until after the work was completed. Claimed the brake rotors NEED to be replaced but had no information about their condition (Pads were properly measured.) Tried to charge over 7 times a typical industry price of a throttle body cleaning (which itself is 3x the DIY cost for a very easy & fast job). Tried to charge over 2 times the typical industry price of brake replacements. Positive: I appreciated the friendliness and candor of all the staff. Technician mentioned offhand that the ECU must relearn parameters after a battery change, which turned out to be the actual cause of my engine problems, though I was OK with paying the $220+ for a diagnosis.

Primary Service was fine, appreciate the quick turnaround. When the car came back the headlights were off instead of in automatic. This almost caused me an accident later.
