I am frustrated that Mazda didn’t have one specific representative working on the case with my car. Trying to remember who I needed to contact to get status updates on my car was not ideal. Also, I felt like I wasn’t consistently kept up to date with what was happening with my car as much as I would of liked. I felt like Royal automotives was hiding information from me as the customer. I did not appreciate that.

Right level of communication and timely updates.
When I went to go pick up my car the guy who checked me out was super rude was on the phone and I asked about my breaks and all he said was “I don’t know” like then why have people that can’t answers simple question checking others out. Also I seen everyone else car have a car wash mine came out the same it came in. I strongly believe because I was the only Latina there I didn’t get the same treatment as the other white people that came after me. It’s sad that San Francisco has these type of standards. Extremely disappointed I don’t think I will return back I did not at all enjoy the experience.
I had to call after four days to get an initial status. Why didn’t they call or text me to give me an eta? I pick up tomorrow and am bracing myself for a poor experience.
