Dan was responsive and thorough. He followed through on items we discussed and I appreciate him letting me know the car wash isn’t an offering today but will eventually - with recycled water/products, etc.

After driving away from the Service Center, I received a low tire pressure alert in my GTI. When I pulled over to check the tire pressures with my gauge, it showed the tire pressures were inflated to over 43 psi, when they should have been at 37 psi. I had to reduce the tire pressures myself and reset the tire pressure monitoring system.

Dan is the man! Came to get my car serviced and it was ready for pick up. Unfortunately, the wait to retrieve my car was not 5-10 minutes as DThere was miscommunication between the runner and the front desk and I was waiting outside for 30 minutes! Dan took full responsibility of this mistake and apologized. He also empathized by saying that my time is valuable. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent service! Thank you.
