One way my experience would have improved would be if the relevant parts were in stock back when I received the recall notice or when I made my first repair appointment. Otherwise, receiving automatic notification when the relevant parts had become available would have been a good alternative. After Frank told me that the parts were here and the repairs could be done, we immediately scheduled a visit, and everything on Repair Day happened quickly and smoothly.
