I was happy with the customer service, but not my car service. Unfortunately needed new rear brakes at 26,000 miles seemed absurd to me. I have had a couple brand new cars that never needed rear brakes and rotor replacement at such a low mileage. Seems like something wrong with Mazda brakes? Also, not sure if it’s part of you service, but do you vacuum cars with services? I understand not washing it due to water shortage, but I’ve always had my car vacuumed at other dealerships.

I had to bring my car in as an emergency visit because my battery just died and had to be jump started. I called Jim with very little notice and he assured me to not worry and just bring my car in. Due to time constraint, I was told to leave the car at the shop. I returned the next day and picked up my car with a new battery and software check. I asked Jim about AAA discount, but he already provided me a discount without me asking. Jim has always taken great care of me and my three Volvos over the last 16 years. He has always been honest and upfront with me as well as always accommodating. He is a major reason that I bring my cars back to the dealer for repairs and maintenance. Thank you, Jim.
