everything went well though I had to return to Royal Motors immediately after driving away because my radio stations were mixed up, it seemed Sirius Radio had been bumped off and my Blue Tooth was off. Hector kindly helped restore all of this. that said, I just wish someone would have said something to me OR had restored everything before I picked up the car. My question is why doesn't someone do a final check of the car before returning it to the owner?

Chris was nice. I find this service center difficult to work with. Appointments take forever to get. Getting in and out is usually pretty slow. They don’t wash the cars. The concierge staff is unhelpful verging on rude. If I didn’t live in San Francisco, I’d for sure go elsewhere. We also own a BMW X5 and the service is appalling by comparison to the BMW dealer. Sorry. I don’t like to leave negative feedback, but this service center has a lot of room for improvement.

I brought it in for two problems and they were able to solve only one and it was delayed much further than their initial estimate. This service was only needed because they broke the car during a previous service. What a mistake and waste of my time. In addition, I should have been put in a comparable loaner to the car being serviced but instead I was dropped off at Enterprise to get the car on my own. It was not an equal replacement at all. The entire experience has been horrible and I look forward to the end of my lease so I can get back into a mercedes again. I should have never left.
