Chris is great! I am a long time Royal Motors customer going back into the 1980s. I have been working with Chris now for a number of years and have always appreciated his consistent and attentive service, his good humor, his frank advice and guidance across my ownership of several Audi automobiles purchased from Royal Motors. Christopher Sung answered all my questions. He contacted me to inform me when my car would be ready, followed up with an e mail telling me my car was ready and made the drop off and pick up an easy experience. Christopher went the extra mile to be helpful and accommodating. I so appreciate his kindness and customer service.

Service---once at the shop--- was courteous and relatively quick. One problem: It took me 4 calls to make an appt. Two left messages the previous week went unanswered. On the 3rd try, I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then the line dropped. A fourth call was successful after I got someone on the line again and said it was my 4th attempt!
Unfortunately I received my vehicle back with the same issue that I brought it in with the entertainment console is still not working this is the second time they have done an update to the system without success in resolving the problem. I made a call yesterday to Mazda corporate to see if they could Gelo with this issue. I love my car but this is making me very disappointed with my choice of vehicle.
