Ashley was very courteous and professional when she met me and checked me in. The team, she and Jim kept me abreast of the repair's status, and texted me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. Ashley (and Jim) greeted me when I came to pick up my car, and I only waited a short time before my car was brought down. And my horn works! Thanks for the great team effort And most of all, repairing my horn!

Jim is the best service manager I have ever worked with and I’m 71 so I’ve experienced quite a few. In this instance in particular he went out of his way to explain the issue and clarify the nature of the repair.

Johnny was extremely helpful and dedicated. The only “complaint” I have is, when leasing the car I was told how the car would be cleaned and the tank would be topped off during my services. I was confused as to why that wasn’t done.
