So deeply unsatisfied. Two days after getting serviced for a routine oil change, our battery died on our midway stop driving to Southern California for the Christmas holiday. Now there’s oil dripping all other the garage and driveway of the house we rented for our stay near family. I’m sure that will incur a few and I’m not confident about driving all the way back up to the Bay Area today without the car having serious damage to it. So now we’re stuck. I don’t need to pay $125 for a routine service from a dealer that messes it up when I can get done right at People’s. We’ll be switching to them as they take care of our older car. Professional, Courteous, attentive are some of the qualities Dan Spingola possess. The service was great the only issue I had was “why did i bring in my car at 7:15am if the maintenance guys are to report for work at 8am?” Dan was so patient/understanding and did not compromise the quality service provided. In the end he explained the work done on my car. Very satisfied ????

I waited at the counter while two associates discussed having their sushi and fillet knives needing sharpening, completely ignored. I simple acknowledgement or “happy holidays” would’ve been nice. The agent I worked with Adam Myers was curt and abrupt. I had scheduled for a courtesy vehicle more than 3 weeks ago( it is noted on the invoice). I had to prompt him for that request. The customer next to me was offered, without prompting reimbursement for his Lyft/uber etc. I was the first customer in that morning at 7am sharp. The work performed on my car was sufficient but the customer service was far below par. I was told to call in on Sunday evening to confirm a courtesy vehicle. The service center voicemail stated that you were closed on Sunday. This level of mishandled customer service was unfortunate and unexpected. I have had much better service at Audi Oakland.
