Adam did great. But Audi USA and Takata need to get their act together. Been years and many false starts. Was told the part was in. According to the part numbers it should have been. But... guess what... it don’t fit and nobody knows why. Which means not clear if the federal recall will evening be satisfied and my car be fully safe to drive. Pretty damn appalling frankly.

My interior middle console was scratched and damaged. In addition, I was charged for 1.5 hours of labor, but from observation, my car was only worked on for one hour. When I called to complain, I was told I would have to bring the car in for them to take a look at the damage, then the park would be ordered and I’d have to come back. Unacceptable. I sent pics and the damaged part is obvious. I just started a new job and it’s difficult for me to get there in the morning. I’m asking to only have to come in once, for you to make this right. No vehicle wash. My last Audi, I was given a vehicle to drive and a clean wash was provided at end of service. Even if you don’t have a facility, at least you can send customers to Tower or something... won’t be getting my vehicle serviced here in the future. The service advisor was great.
