The service provided to me by Hector was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had in my ten years of servicing vehicles. Hector was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed through every step of the service appointment. He contacted the dealership to confirm that I was promised a Car Play upgrade and that I didn’t have a service contract. He thoroughly explained all of my service options and the results of my appointment. He even called ahead to make sure my car was ready for me when I was done paying. All of this was done with a smile while being warm and personable. I hope that I get to work with Hector at every Mazda service appointment. Thank you, Hector!
