Within 10 minutes of leaving the service my low tire pressure alert went on. I called and they explained how to calibrate but I had to pull off the road to do it. The next day I was driving a long distance for the holidays and the low tire pressure warning went off again. I had to put air in two of the tires at a gas station and then calibrate again. Since then I have not had issues. I am appalled that the tire pressure was not checked in each and every tire and the calibration set before retiring the vehicle to me. Especially after I spent money to buy a new tire for the car as well.
Adam was informative and very efficient. He was candid about pricing for the services required, and provided some advice about brake squealing noise coming from my car.

I was in a bind, because I was visiting from Los Angeles, and the EPC light illuminated on the way up here. Johnny Liu took the situation in hand, diagnosed the problem, and had the car ready at the end of the day. I was able to go about my visit in San Francisco with a rental car that Johnny arranged.
