Once again Jim came through for me. I brought in the car to get the recommended service/repair done as well as to look into a new problem that I just discovered. As soon as he heard the 'noise', he knew what the problem was. The car was fixed and now it drives great once again. Thank you Jim for always watching out for all of my three Volvos over fifteen years.

Hector was really great! He remembered my name, answered my questions, and accurately estimated when the car would be ready. He was friendly and greeted me with a smile. This visit was in stark contrast to my last maintenance visit, where the service rep was distracted and surly. You need more Hectors!
