Making the appointment wasn’t so easy. We had to call 3x. First time we left a message. Second time the Internet was down and promised Return call never happened. 3x was the charm and Associate was very helpful. Persistence paid off! Service when dropping off/picking up was amazing! Thank you.

Although I had to wait quite a while when I arrived, I was satisfied with the service I received. It would have been helpful if the Mazda service agents could have acknowledged me and said “we’ll be with you as soon as we can” or something. One was helping another client and the other was doing paperwork when I arrived and a couple of Volkswagen clients were helped before me.

There was a lack of proactive communication about how long it would take. The first estimate was two days but at the end of the third day I got an update that it would take one more business day. Three business days later on her third call my wife got an update. There were probably good reasons for how long it took but it was frustrating not knowing what they were or not getting updates on delays.

I brought in the car because of a noise problem. Initially I thought the problem was solved. As soon as I took delivery the problem came back and, thus, delayed my car again. I was worried that they would not be able to solve the problem. Jim assured me that they will take the car apart and find the cause. He sounded certain. A day later he and the technician finally found the cause. I took delivery of my car and once again a happy customer. I’m glad that Jim was able to relieve my fear. Because of Jim, I did not lose faith in my car.
