I have had nothing but issues with your service department since I bought my car in June of 2017 I have been so upset every time I had to deal with this department but since hector has been helping me I have a new attitude about the service department at royal im very please with his attention and making sure my issues are taken care of his is very professional and very detailed in his way to explain what is going to happen with my service I truly hope he stays with you if not I’m going to have to find a new place to take my car.

Adam’s deft use of texting, responsiveness and timely updates provided a seamless, transparent and friendly experience. The only item for improvement was general post payment vehicle pick up wait time of approx 15 mins.
I’m extremely happy with the service I was provided by Jim Yared however I’m becoming extremely frustrated with the chronic issues with my new XC 90 T8.
Aldo was beyond helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the service for my GTI. If I had to bet, I would have guessed he had been working there for at least ten years. Imagine my surprise when I found out he had only been on the job for a few weeks. I know he's new but someone get that man a raise.

Car was given to me with my seat moved please let the person who work at the car it doesn’t belong to them
Before you use to give at least a courtesy vacuum and wash nothing above and beyond was performed we are not paying penny’s for the service
But Mr jurado is always corteus and give great customer service
if I have to rate this i will give you a 2 please fix this
