Demonstrated no urgency in trying to resolve my issue which was caused by a software glitch that was still under warranty. “We’ll get to it as soon as we can but probably won’t be till Thursday”. This was when I dropped the car off on Monday and had to be without a car for the week.

Vehicle wasn't fixed within original time frame, but Dan was great at every customer service aspect during visits. From 1st entering the shop till i received my vehicle he was relaying information as to what was going on with my vehicle.
