Demonstrated no urgency in trying to resolve my issue which was caused by a software glitch that was still under warranty. “We’ll get to it as soon as we can but probably won’t be till Thursday”. This was when I dropped the car off on Monday and had to be without a car for the week.
It was quick and time that was told the car would be ready, car was ready basically. All problems was addressed and concerns that would require follow, I was notified of.
Aldo was so nice! I loved how informative he was and that he met me curbside with an iPad when I arrived. I would definitely recommend your service!

Vehicle wasn't fixed within original time frame, but Dan was great at every customer service aspect during visits. From 1st entering the shop till i received my vehicle he was relaying information as to what was going on with my vehicle.
