This was really a stand-out experience. I had misread my appointment date and showed up on the wrong day. Nonetheless, Craig fit my car into that day’s schedule. When they needed to add gas (the shop did it on their own dime). Craig was extremely communicative about the status and helpful in explaining what the issue had been after it was repaired. And all of it was covered under the warranty. I walked away with an excellent experience!

Hector is a great asset to your company. I commend his customer service and knowledge of the industry. I wouldn’t be surprised is he got promoted and became the benchmark of all customer service at the SF and San Leandro site for Mazda.

Service was hoped to be at a higher level considering that it’s audi. A few notes to share that I hope you would consider for your next clients and hopefully I can experience it one day. The protective paper mats were still on the floor when the car was returned, the car still had paper service tags inside that were not removed before giving me the car back, the seat was adjusted and not returned to the drivers position when car. It was raining today outside and the keys were handed to me while in the waiting room and when I gathered my items and walked to the car I found that drivers door window was rolled down and the seat was wet. From a hospitality perspective it could have been more a thoughtful and pleasant experience but as a first time owner with Audi I wanted to share this feedback and perspective as I have another vehicle with bmw and find them much more caring and thoughtful when it comes to accommodating and respecting me as a client. Hope you use this feedback wisely.
