Craig was very thorough and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, as promised. Everything was seamless and he made sure to follow up. Excellent service! Would highly recommend.
I feel like the prices that are charged for services are very inflated. I had my battery replaced as I was having issue with the battery draining and bit retaining charges even after running the car for over an hour. I had AAA come to my house on Sunday this weekend because the car wouldn’t turn over. I had stopped by Royal Auto on Friday to ask for help as My car had to be jumped twice that day already and as I was getting ready to leave work at 5pm I was afraid that I’d been stuck somewhere over the weekend. I called to see if I could have help to find out what the problem might be, I was shrugged off by the service agent,Frank, who was less than helpful other than telling me to make an appointment for whichc the earliest time was Tuesday.
When AAA came to test my battery they said the battery was still good that it just needed to be fully charged. It would have only cost me $185 to have a new battery so when I had my battery replaced by Royal Auto at $200 more it’s very irritating. Your prices are outrageous and the customer service has a lot to be desired. You’ll take my money but are less willing to be helpful.
You wanted my honest opinion and I’d be doing you and other customers a disservice not to be upfront about it.

Frank is amazing! He listened to my concerns about my car and my last visit to Royal Mtrs. I really appreciate his honesty and for not trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. My engine light is now off, and I’m very happy. I’ll be back soon!
