The tone of voice of the guy I worked with was just condescending and rude. When I came to pick up the car, my paperwork said that I only had half my tread left on my front tires. Odd, because I just replaced the right front tire 3 weeks ago. So finally when they pulled the car around, the guy confirmed - yes, that tire is new, but maybe replace the other front tire. Shady. I won't be back.
Jim is friendly and responsive but it would have been ean even better experience if they would have completed all of the service today rather than is having to return.

The wait at pickup was extremely long (over 20 min - AFTER paying and being sent to the air area) and beyond expectations set.
As a long-term client, my experience has alwayss been great for servicing. Craig (and Frank in the past) are top- notch.
However, I bought 4 tires & was charged for 4 valve stems BUT no stem caps.
This is trivial but a bit perplexing.
Jim is always a friendly face and goes out of his way to remember each customer. I appreciate how accomodating he is and what a great sense of humor he displays. Jim is valuable asset to Volvo
