Adam Meyer’s is fantastic - frankly, the service organization is so dysfunctional that without Adam I don’t know what we would do. The Platinum service product is a joke, and the service center is so busy that you wait an unreasonably long time for an appointment and for them to retrieve your car on the day of service. We lucked into getting Adam one day, and now he tries to run interference so we have a good experience - otherwise Audi service is too frustrating to make owning an Audi worth it.
Frank was lovely and I have only good things to say about him. I think at least vacuuming out the car should be part of any service. It is disappointing that as a service at a dealership this is not offered.
