Frank and the service team were great, and quick. This is the third time I’ve brought my vehicle in for a recall and it’s not yet a year old. I would appreciate if Royal could cover the full cost of the rental car for the day. It’s not much money in the grand scheme of things, and I paid almost $30,000 for a car that keeps being recalled. Again, everyone I worked with today was great, but I think the reimbursement policy could use some improvement. Thanks.

Communication was terrible and no one informed me what was happening with my car after the first day it was in the shop. I called back on the second and third day but was dierected to just leave messages on various peoples voicemail. I had to come in to the shop to actually get work started on my car.

Scummy service “salesman” Hector tried to sell me a new service for an extra cost every time I talked to him. I got ripped off big time. Will not be coming back.

Chris is the BEST. He was able to schedule a last minute service (due to the engine warning light) in time for our family to head on our pre-planned road trip to LA. AND, when I realized our rental car company hD closed before I was able to return the car, he told me to leave it at the shop and he’d make sure it was returned. Above and beyond in every respect!!!
