This was my first experience with Royal Motors' Service Department and I was very pleased. Everyone was friendly and professional. I had to reschedule a couple of times and that was very easy to do through the website. I appreciated the reminders and the overall level of service. Good job everyone!

Usually I'm reminded by my advisor that rides on Uber can be reimbursed. This time I forgot nor was I reminded. The team is efficient but usually very brusque.
