Chris Sung always goes above and beyond. He is the best AUDI advisor I have ever met in my 20+ years of being an Audi customer.
The employees seemed friendly and were communicative. The actual service done to my car seems great as well. The main 2 issues I had were: 1. I setup an appointment for around 9am for just a 10k service and it wasn’t done until almost 6pm. I would expect a bit quicker turnaround if you have an appointment. 2. I know you don’t have a car wash onsite, but my car actually came back to me dirtier than how I left it. Grease marks on the doors and windows; seats out of adjustment. Not the best look to pick up a car.
Adam was very accommodating and helped me get my car done when I needed it by a certain time. He also explained what the car needed and was very helpful.
As usual, Chris was on top of everything, and even offered me a loaner. Totally top drawer service.
- Poor communication and lack of timely follow-up
- Refusal to communicate with my wife to expedite service/repair/insurance processes
- Misdiagnosis or lack of diagnosis
- Wrong parts ordered or received causing delays
- Requests for written estimates completely ignored
- Mishandling of insurance claim process resulting demands for further payment and threats of reporting fraud to my insurance company
- Driver side fender has several scratches that weren’t there prior to service/repair. Didn’t report them because Chris has been such a hassle to deal with.
- Oil level is less than full after supposedly having the 75K service performed. Again I didn’t report because I want to avoid dealing with Chris

Thank you for finding out if a full size spare will for into the wheel well. I am still waiting for a follow-up on BSM module part ordered approximately 3 weeks ago. Has it arrived yet? I was not called regarding the status as promised. Is it in? Still on order? Or ???
