Making me wait 15 minutes for my car after I get there is kind of annoying. At least have better coffee and a TV screen on if I am going to be stuck there.

Very expensive; I’ve never had to pay $900 for labor before. I’m sure it’s not unfair but still got sticker shock. Also I didn’t hear back for the first few days - would be nice to be able to email the advisor like the other advisor.

Service at the Service Center was excellent and I appreciated that everything was taken care of. The only frustration I had was that I has to leave 3 voicemails before anyone called me back so that I could make an appointment.
