100% satisfied with the communication and services rendered by Chris and team. However, I called as soon as my coolant light came on and was told that o didn’t need to come in for weeks bc it would be more convenient to do the coolant, maintenance, and recall in one visit. I topped off the coolant, drive around, and ended up in San Jose when it was discovered there was a major problem. It would have been great to have the ability to have the car checked earlier. Regardless, very satisfied with Chris and team!

Always very helpful, and great customer service! I live in Oakland, but will continue to come back for the great service with my vehicle. Can’t wait for car wash service to be back though!

The service was great especially when the details were explained to me. I appreciate learning about my Mazda. The only downside is that I forgot to ask for a reimbursement for the lyft ride.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. I feel that Chris lacked empathy and appeared to disregard or not believe what I reported about my car both on drop off and pick up. When I asked for help the only responses I received were "I need to leave by 6" "We didn't touch that" "That doesn't make sense". Based on this experience I will work hard to avoid working with Royal Auto Group for service or a new car.
